CERATEK LASER PUNCHER - LP3000
This machine is designed for high speed and accuracy via punching of LTCC tape. The Laser punch will provide more design flexibility and convenience via CAD/CAM software and laser parameter control over the holes diameter. Contact-free saves you the cost of drilling heads and time to replace them, therefore, accelerates the loading rate.
