Production HIP

For high volume applications, Avure Autoclave HlPs are designed with larger work zone capacities. All models feature the Quintus wire wound pressure vessel and liner,
and Uniform Rapid Cooling, a high-speed HIP quenching system that can cool a furnace with load from 1250°C to 400°C in less than 30 minutes with little or no
distortion to the workpieces. Production HlPs will typically deliver one cycle in eight hours, or 750 cycles per year for a three-shift operation. Cycle times can be
shortened with special purpose furnaces, and with reduced soak periods (which are material dependent). Avure Autoclave engineers can assist in configuring the most
efficient HIP design for your process parameters.
