100 SERIES - BASF Feedstock only

The 100 Series is specifically designed for catalytic debinding of BASF polyacetal binder from injection molding of metal and ceramic powders. These are batch debinders offered in four sizes from lab-scale to production level processing. All stainless steel construction with complete control of atmosphere and temperature profiles is standard.


300 SERIES
The 300 Series are hydrogen atmosphere continuous pusher furnaces with a maximum operating temperature of 1700°C (3100°F). These furnaces are available from lab-scale size to fully automated production systems. Designed and constructed for reliable, long-term use the 300 Series utilize high alumina brick insulation and a molybdenum wound muffle heating element. Typical configurations include preheat sections, cooling sections and various optional features offered for specific applications.

 

400 SERIES
The 400 Series are hydrogen atmosphere continuous pusher furnaces with a standard maximum operating of 1700°C (3100°F). Special designs are offered for 1850°C (3362°F) and 2200°C (3992°F) applications. These furnaces are available from lab-scale size to fully automated production systems. Designed and constructed for reliable, long-term use the 400A Series utilize high alumina brick and hanging molybdenum grid elements for the standard temperature range. The 400Z Series employs zirconia brick and tungsten rod elements to achieve the higher temperatures.
